Beginners Paradise Videos

These four short videos are intended mostly for beginners and those new to Line dancing. They are focused on learning the most popular 17 steps in which two or more are used in 100% of all Line dances. However, many with some experience may find they can learn a little as well. If you make it a point to learn and memorize these 17 steps and how to count them and the dances , and get them down well, AND heed the tips below, you can become an intermediate Line dancer in 90 days or less with appropriate practice time.

Important tips you should know:  1. Memorize the names of the steps and how to count them and how do them well, and which foot starts with your weight on it and which foot ends with your weight on it. All covered in the four videos. 2. When learning a dance, focus on memorizing the pattern, at least where it begins and ends. Also, when learning a new dance you like, do a quick walk through of the pattern when you get home and maybe one more time in 2-3 days to keep the pattern fresh in your mind. Otherwise you will most likely forget it. 3. Almost all steps are danced on the balls of your feet and loose in the knees. 4. Take small steps which makes dancing easier and easier to recover from a mistake. You can’t fix a mistake, just pick up where the pattern is and try to get it right next time.
